Class of 2023 Model Search

It is had to believe it is time to start our annual senior model search again, the past couple of years have been a blur. But now it is official-our Class of 2023 model search has begun! We are looking for models from the class of 2023 to represent our studio, and you might just be the one for the job. If you like to be in front of the camera and like to share your adventures on social media and with your friends this is for you! We are looking for upcoming seniors that are really involved in their school activities, soccer, cheerleading, band, student government (you get the idea), to let people know about us and represent us in their school. For years we have been told that this was one of the highlights of many seniors year!. Make the best of your senior year and get some great senior portraits at the same time. Our senior model program not only insures you have great senior portraits you can be proud of for years to come, it also gives you the opportunity to make some money and earn credits toward your senior portraits! If you are interested, or know of someone that might be, be sure to fill out our application and come to one of our model meetings to find our more about our program. Right now we are looking for models from Apalachee High School, Archer High School, Dacula High School, Flowery Branch High School, George Walton Academy, Jackson County High School, Jefferson High School, Loganville High School, Mill Creek High School, North Oconee High School, Oconee County High School, and Winder-Barrow High School. If your school isn’t on that list and you are within 20 miles of our studio go ahead and apply, we must have just missed it!

Chesney must like 4 wheel drive vehicles a lot! Her dream would be to have a Ford Bronco for everyday driving and a lifted Jeep for the weekends. And if being content with being and event planner wasn’t enough of a dream job she also dreams of her own reality TV show. Chesney loves tennis and being in clubs at her school, WBHS. For her senior portraits we did the Studio session and My Stuff sessions so we could incorporate her tennis and club shirts. Luke is an outside kind of guy so one of our Road Trip sessions seemed right up his alley. When it comes to what Luke likes to do it is mostly basketball, but he does love to fish and hang out with friends. After high school Luke wants to go to Georgia Southern or Georgia College. We look forward to photographing Luke again this summer in his other favorite element, the basketball court.

Just what is a Road Trip session? It is a session that is done on location. We have the Outdoor session we do here at our studio, our Studio session which we do in our studio, the Downtown session done in downtown Winder, the My Stuff session which we do in our studio, and a Athens session in downtown Athens. For our Road Trip session you can go to your home, farm, school, a park, or basically anywhere within 15 miles of our studio. If you want to go beyond the 15 miles there will be an additional charge. What is your thing? If you could have your senior portraits taken anywhere where would you choose? We want to make it happen, we want your senior portraits to be a true reflection of you! We are here to get you the best senior portraits you can get, no matter what.

When you look at our site every image was taken by us. A lot of senior websites use stock photography and cannot offer the sessions and props they are showing! We win awards with our senior portraits, from actual client images. How many other senior photographers do you know that do that? Certainly not the ones currently doing most of the schools in this area. We have two PPA, Certified Professional Photographers on staff, no studio in our area can say that. Take Me Downtown

Senior Portraits On Location

There is nothing better and more natural than portraits done on location. Whether the location is your home, a park, your school, a farm, field or in this case one of our downtown sessions in downtown Winder. On a dingy urban street or alley nothing stands out more than a beautiful girl, or handsome guy. If you want a little edginess in your senior portraits downtown is the session for you. On this windy day we had to move around to find just the right locations to either get out of the wind or use it to our advantage, and I think we made it work.

If you go to Winder-Barrow High School I bet you have seen this girl walking around the school. If not, meet Merrideth. Merrideth is in the class of ’22 and loves nothing more than spending the day at the beach tanning and going to dinner and shopping. Sounds pretty nice, and normal, doesn’t it? It does until you find out what she wants to be. Merrideth wants to go to college and study to be a PA in Dermatology. I’m sure she will have a lot that she can relate to with her patients, I’ve never met anyone working at a dermatologist office with a tan.

Senior portrait season is officially here for the Class of 2022! Yes, it is finally your turn. It’s been a long road to get here, but the wait will be worth it. And what better way to commemorate all of that hard work than with senior portraits from Bentley Photography. A senior portrait from Bentley Photography isn’t like going to just anybody for senior portraits. Mike Bentley is an award winning senior portrait photographer and one of only two PPA Certified Professional Photographers in Winder, the other one is Jessica (she is in that video) and she works for us. When you come to us for senior portraits you are coming to a studio that puts you first. With your own private appointment times, you are the center of attention from beginning to end. The way we treat you is what keeps people coming back year after year.

How Long Have We Been Here

We first opened our studio in Winder in 1990 after working as photographers on St. Simons Island, Georgia. For the first few years we photographed hundreds of weddings in and around the Atlanta area. We photographed Morgan Kate’s parents’ wedding, her moms bridal portrait and MK’s baby portraits. It is hard to believe she is a senior already! We were so excited to photograph Morgan Kate’s senior portraits recently. Morgan Kate is in the marching band at Winder-Barrow and dreams of going to the University of Georgia and marching in the UGA Redcoat Band. After college she wants to be an elementary school teacher and live in the Winder area. For this session we photographed Morgan Kate in one of our downtown sessions in Winder. Later this summer we will be photographing Morgan Kate for one of our beach sessions, be sure and check back to see some of those.
