Graduation Day Is Here… I’m Not Ready

Last night it really hit me hard! My baby is about to graduate. Tonight is the big night and hopefully we can get this one done without any rain. However, after thinking about it rain might help me keep my mind off of the reality that she is growing up. We are so proud of her and know she will go far. Mallory is one person that always looks for the good in everything and everyone. She has a good head on her shoulders, but to me she will always be my little girl. I will always remember her as the little girl in the back seat eating a chocolate doughnut with sprinkles on it on the way back from the beach.

Mallory plans on attending the University of Georgia to major in Nutritional Science and then go to school to be an Optometrist. Pray for us tonight, we are all going to need it!

Dacula Seniors

Over the last couple of weeks we have seen a few class of 2013 seniors from Dacula High School. The thing to remember is that if you aren't happy with your senior portraits that your school did you still have a choice. If you are a student that doesn't want to give out any of those images that you didn't like, or a parent that just knows that there is something better out there, we are here to help. 🙂

Remember you don't have to settle for just any old photograph or photographer. You have a choice in how you want to be remembered. A lot of the school photography companies hire other high school students to do photography for them, how much do you think they know about making you look your best? If you are a parent why would you want to pay full price for photographs taken by someone with no experience? And is that the way you want to remember your child when they are gone and out of the nest? Not me! I wanted something better of my children, and I bet you do too.

Multi Photographer Senior Safari

Every year a few of my close photographer friends get together and help each other photograph different things. Every February it is my turn for help and everyone comes to help us photograph a large gymnastics center. Last May I we started doing a multi photographer senior safari for another of the photographers. This year we got together again and it was this past weekend. What happens is each photographer has a different location and thirty minutes to photograph two or three seniors. We start at 10 and photograph till about 5. This year because of the threatening weather my location was inside the old courthouse that is being refurbished. Over the course of the day we photographed about 19 seniors from the class of 2014. These are just a few of the images that I did of Julia.
