What’s This Thing I Got In The Mail?

Tuesday we finally got our senior catalogs mailed and the phone has started ringing off the hook since they went out.  Just who the heck are we is what some of you are probably asking.  I hope you can find an answer here on the blog, or on our web page.  As you read in the catalog we are not the school's photographer. What does that mean to you?  When you come to Bentley Photography you are coming by choice and we appreciate that and devote all of our time and resources to you and only you.  We want you to have great portraits that you and your family can be proud of and we want you to have fun while having them made!  You have been in school for 12 years getting school pictures done every year and you are about to graduate and leave home.  Don't you think it is time to have something special to remember this time in your life?  Parents don't you want great portraits of your child before they leave home next year?

The special you see in the letter included in the catalog is for 75% off any two or more sessions in May or June as long as you call and schedule the sessions before May 26th.  If you need to have it taken in July you can still save 50% as long as you call by May 26th.  Your summer is just over 8 weeks long!  This doesn't leave much time to get things done before school starts back!

Be sure and read over some of the other post on the blog and look at what seniors and parents have said about Bentley Photography on our web page.  Think about how you want to look back and remember your senior year – with a picture in your mirror with your cell phone or a portrait from Bentley's.

Big News For Class of 2012

In the spirit of the internet, faster is better, we are announcing our biggest sale ever on senior portraits here first.  This year we are doing something that we have never done in our 21 years in Winder and if you act fast you can reap the rewards.  From now till May 26th you can book any two or more of our senior sessions for anytime in May or June and save 75% off your session fees!  If you can't come in May or June you can still save 50% if you call before May 26th.  What are the sessions and how much are they?  You can find them on our senior website here, once on the site click Session Choices at the top and you will see what all is available and how much each one is.

Why are we offering such a discount?  It seems like every year everyone waits and doesn't act fast enough and all of the session times get booked or football and cheerleading practice starts.  Once that happens we are almost out of time before school starts back and we don't want you to be left out.

So what should I expect a senior session at Bentley Photography to be like?  What we hear most from past seniors is best said in a single word – fun.  We always hear how much fun everyone has and how relaxed they felt.  Another thing that we hear is how they felt like models.  For the guys we almost always hear "that was pretty fun" and "I wouldn't mind doing that again".  Our philosophy is that if you don't have fun you won't look good so we are all about keeping you relaxed and focusing all of our attention on you.  If you want to have fun and get the best senior portraits anywhere there is only one place to go, Bentley Photography!

Safari Video

It took a while to finish, lots of things have been going on around the studio to get ready for senior season, but it is finally finished.  This is a video from our senior safari that we had a few weeks ago.  You saw some of the images earlier but I think you will get a better feel for the trip in this.

On a side note, senior catalogs will be mailed Monday!  Inside there will be a letter telling about our huge sale we are having if you act early and call the studio before the end of May.  To get in on the super special deals you just have to call and schedule your appointment before May 24th at 5PM.  What is the special?  Check back tomorrow and I will tell you all about it.

Senior Safari

This past weekend we had our first Senior Safari and it was AWESOME!.  This year we wanted to do something "Big" and start offering Safaris several times a year.  Everyone arrived at 9 in the morning and we headed out on our adventure.  We had two people from Dacula, two from Winder-Barrow and one from Apalachee and we traveled south with a Suburban, a U-Haul trailer full of props and equipment and a van full of a seniors.  We made several stops along the way and then had lunch before our last stop at a really cool old house. We arrived back in Winder around 7 that night, but it was a GREAT day and everyone had a blast!  In another month or so we are going to have our second Safari and head north this time to find some different scenery in the North Georgia Mountains.
