Don’t Get Mad

As of right now we have Senior Models at Apalachee, Archer, Dacula, Winder-Barrow and Jefferson.  So if you don't go to any of those schools or if you didn't give one of our models your name and address and you want to be added to our mailing list you can click here and fill out a form to be added to the list.  If you are on our list you will be informed of all of our specials for the class of 2012.  Some specials will save you up 50% or more on your senior portrait session.  And you can be assured that you will have the most fun session that can be found anywhere on earth!  And I am serious.  Great senior portraits, super great time having them made and save some money, makes you parents happy, all at the same time!

I have spent the last few days entering addresses into the computer between my appointments, and I am glad to be caught up for the time being.  So after looking at everyones addresses and names I only have one thing to say – If I misspelled your name or address I am sorry and please don't get mad at me.  It is amazing how small some people can write a name and how some addresses seem to be from another planet when you try to read them.  A couple months from now when we start sending things out to the class of 2012 I hope you get them and that we have your names right, honestly I did try to read them.

Tomorrow morning we are off to scout out some great "Senior Safari" locations.  I will tell you more about that real soon.  Also coming in the next few weeks you will start seeing some images of our Class of 12 Senior Models.

Now for a little of what I have been doing when I wasn't at the computer.

Find One Of Our Senior Models

Yesterday we had our first senior model meeting for the class of 2012 and today they are all out busily getting names and addresses.  Right now we have senior models at Apalachee, Collins Hill, Dacula, Walnut Grove and Winder-Barrow.  Later this week we will also have more from Archer, Jefferson and Loganville.  If you don't see one of them passing around little books and asking you if you want to get on our mailing list hunt one down!  Or you can just email us and ask to be put on our mailing list.  In a few months these same models will have some cards and coupons for some great deals on senior portraits that will go right along with the discounts that we will be mailing to you just before summer gets here.  If your school isn't listed above maybe you would make a good model for us.  If you are interested look back in the blog and you will find a link to the application.  We would love to have someone from Jackson County, Mill Creek, North Oconee, Oconee and Prince Avenue, so if you go to one of those schools apply today!

This is going to be an exciting year to be a senior!  We have a lot of great new ideas for the class of 2012.  Currently we have 9 new backgrounds and some new sets being built just so we can add more variety to make your senior portraits really different and unique.  We are planning on having a couple "Senior Safari's" this year and you will definitely want to try and get in on one of those.  We will be sure and keep you updated so check here or on our website often to see what is happening.

What Do The Seniors Say

Today I was going through things to get ready to order our senior catalog for the class of 2012 and looking over some surveys we took from the class of 2011.  After looking at some of the things that some of our past customers said I started updating the web page and after about 30 minutes of adding in new quotes I found out that I had lost my connection with the web site.  Well, after that happened I thought why don't I just put them here and worry about the web page later!  So here are just a few of the things the students from the class of 2011 have said:

"The quality of my photos were beautiful and one of a kind." – Cassi Walter, Clarke Central High School

"My session was relaxing, he made me feel beautiful while he was taking pictures of me." – Taylor Shaw, Flowery Branch High School

"Definitely go to Bentley's because they are thoughtful and put you first to make you feel special." – Jessie Speight, WBHS

"It's a fun experience.  Bentley' wants to learn about you and everything is personal." – Miya Ball, Archer High School

"Awesome!" – Kayley Spake, Monroe Area High School

"You might be nervous at first, like I was, but you soon realize that the experience is fun, special and exciting at Bentley's." – Samantha Hill, Brookwood High School

"Pictures to be PROUD of!" – Justin Rey, Dacula High School

"I wouldn't change anything.  My pictures were great and I really enjoyed my session." – Lauren Cowart, Loganville High School

"Go to BENTLEY!  They are the nicest and best people!  Bentley's made me feel confident!" – Cassidy Zeh, Prince Avenue Christian

"Your going to have a great time and really enjoy your pictures." – Sarah Rogers, North Oconee High School

"My session was extremely relaxed and up-beat." – Raleigh Strickland, WBHS

"It was very fun and resembled what a true model photo-shoot might be like." – Carly Ake, Dacula High School

"It was "MY" session I got to choose what I wanted to do in each of my photos." – Taylor Chapman, WBHS

Who Are You

Have you ever seen "That '70's Show"?  I love that show because I lived that show.  It's funny how when you find a certain show, movie or book, you think that surely they were thinking about you when they made it.  Shows that when you are watching them you insert names of your personal friends or people you remember into the characters.  Years ago there was a show called "Wings" about a small airport in Nantucket and the characters were like that to me too.  When I lived on St. Simons Island and was just trying to open my own studio I took a part time job at the airport and a few years later when the "Wings" show came out I could put names with every character.  It was just like where I had worked!

So who are you?  Who would you be?  How will people remember you?  Just what kind of things do you want to be remembered for?

This is a little of what we have been doing this week.
