Maybe I should add hopefully to that.  We have been working on a new web page over the last week or so and are ready for it "go live".   Now we are having problems getting the company we registered the domain with several years ago to give us any help.  Seems that our email address has changed and nothing I can do, so far, has worked in getting them to give me my information.  But let me just tell you now – it looks great, and very different.  If you are an iPhone person or use dialup this site will be more friendly for you to use too.  Maybe next week we will have everything up and running, till then keep checking!

I know it doesn't feel like fall yet, but the fall sports are about to start.  The Football, Cross Country, Softball,Volleyball and Competitive cheerleading teams have been hard at work practicing and now is the time for them to show what they can do!  In our house we are busy trying to get all of the homework done and make it to and from practice.  It is an exciting time of year that leads right into the winter and spring sports and then finally ends with graduation.  A few weeks ago we met with the Dacula High School Competitive Cheerleaders for a poster shoot and here is the final product that we sent to the printers today.  If you are involved in a sport, whatever the season, and want to do a poster be sure and talk to your coaches and team moms about lining it up – we would love to make some for you.

Yesterday afternoon, when it was 96 degrees and the heat index was 105, I had a session in Athens.  I love going to Athens to do portraits.  We started by walking around a few alleys and side streets and then went over the the UGA campus to finish.  Despite the heat and humidity we got some great shots, I am going to post just two from the session.  After the session ended I was craving a FO, that is Frosted Orange for the uninitiated, and a Chili Dog and Chili Steak from the Varsity.  So of course I had to stop for dinner, and it really hit the spot!  This afternoon I am supposed to go on another road trip to a barn out in the country.  Have a great weekend!

Almost everyone in our area is back in school now and trying to get back into the swing of doing homework and practices every afternoon.  Don't you think that they could have saved a couple million dollars on air conditioning if they had waited till after Labor Day to start back?  Or if you went to Haralson county you would only have to go 4 days a week, I am sure that is saving a lot of money for them.  Anyway, now that school has started and people have finally seen their school photographers senior proofs we are getting calls.  Don't worry we can still get you in and save you money and your reputation.  We will still honor the $20.11 sale on our studio or outdoor sessions for a few more weeks.  Remember that you are pretty busy now and our afternoon times are booked too, so plan early and call now.  If you want to come during the day, during school hours, that would be great too.  Oh, and congratulations on being a senior!  Before you know it you will have graduated and high school will be just a memory.
