Senior Portrait And Jeeps

For a lot of the senior portraits we have photographed this year a Jeep seems to be one of the most popular vehicles.  While we have a lot who want to someday own a G-Wagon, Jeeps are very popular for some reason.  Tristan is a big Jeep man and when he isn’t going to the mountains in his Jeep he is playing football for Dacula High School.  After high school Tristan wants to go to college at Georgia Southern or Kennesaw State University.  Tristan is one of the most polite and nicest young men we have met in a long time and I’m sure whatever he decides to do he will succeed in.

These are just a few from Tristan’s Outdoor session with us.

Senior Portraits – No Cheese

Senior portraits have been on Amanda’s mind for a while and not just any senior portraits, she wanted the best!  That’s why she came to Bentley Photography for her senior portraits.  Do we have a Styrofoam 2021 to pose with?  Heck no we don’t, that’s what your mother, or maybe your grandmother used for a prop for her senior portraits.  We focus on you, not cheesy props, and we actually  get to know you not just rush you in and out like most photographers do.  And when it comes to the other stuff, like retouching, it is all included with our portraits – No Extra Charge.  Our goal is to make your session super fun and create beautiful senior portraits that you will be proud of for years to come.  While we have been doing senior portraits for over 30 years we aren’t stuck in the ’80’s like some people, and we aren’t a senior portrait factory either.  We love people, and seniors are who we love to photograph.  There are a lot of really big companies doing senior portraits and school pictures right now and we aren’t one of those.  We are a small company that really cares about our community and the young people in it.

What can we tell you about Amanda?  She wants to be a nurse and not just any nurse.  This girl wants to be in the ER where the action is.  She loves Jeeps and wants to spend time traveling.  And as far as food she doesn’t fool around when she picks her favorite, she likes Longhorns.  So much for a cheap date!  One thing she does is write and journal, something I have always wanted to do and hope to do this year one sentence at a time.  If you are interested in the One Line a Day journal and joining me this year you can find one here, I hope you will join me!

These are just a few from her Outdoor session with us.

Never Been To Spain

But she’s always wanted to go there…  That’s where Hailie has always wanted to go.  I bet you’ve never heard the song have you.  Senior portraits in downtown Winder isn’t quite close to Spain, but being in an alley behind a taco place is as close as we could get :).  Actually Hailie chose two sessions for her senior portraits Studio, and Downtown.  We had a little bit of a problem the first time she came with rain, but that didn’t hurt anything in the end.  This girl loves to shop and if she ever wins the lottery she will be buying lots of new clothes and eating at Chick-fil-a.  I bet you can guess where she likes to eat!  After high school Hailie plans on going to Kennesaw State University to study nursing.  Or, maybe an FBI agent, her dream job!  Maybe she can combine the two and become a covert nurse.  Whatever she chooses to do, her bubbly personality will take her a long way!  Good luck Hailie and thanks for choosing Bentleys!

Senior Portraits In Athens

Nothing better than senior portraits in downtown Athens!  The Classic City along with this classy girl is the perfect combination!  Delaney, a high senior from North Oconee High School was a blast to photograph and the Athens photo session was the perfect fit for her with her cool retro style.

Athens is a great place for senior portraits if your looking for old brick walls, beautiful architecture or the college campus look.  We know all of the hot spots in town for different looks whether it’s classic and traditional or vintage.  Delaney decided to throw in some dance moves while we were on a beautiful sidewalk scape with a tunnel of trees.  What’s your special talent?  Skateboarding?  Dance?  Are you an artist or musician?  Sometimes it’s not always about what you do in school, but also out of school, that makes your senior portraits special and unique to you.

If you want to see more seniors and senior portraits be sure to check out more on our blog.  Not quite sure which session would be best suited for you go visit our galleries to see what all is available to show your personality, most seniors choose two sessions.  We have seven different sessions to choose from so you can find one to fit your style and personality.  Just what are your choices?  Here are direct links to each – Outdoor, Studio, Road Trip, My Stuff, Downtown, Athens and Formal with a Tux or Drape (like your parents and grandparents did).

Give Bentley Photography a call.  Let’s discuss your uniqueness, and what you’re looking for in your senior portraits to make them special like you!

Senior Portraits – Go Army!

Just a little about Stephen and his senior portrait sessions from this fall.

It has been a good month around Stephen’s house, Army beat Navy and Air Force which gave his family a lot to cheer about.  For his senior portrait session Stephen chose the outdoor and downtown sessions and brought his dog and his really cool Mustang.  Stephen is a senior at Jefferson High School this year and wants to attend West Point next year, just like his parents did.  Stephen is a very determined and is very together and I see him doing anything he sets his mind to, like being a US Army officer.  While he loves cars, the last time we talked during his photo session,  he told us he is working on buying a motorcycle.  Stephen likes being in the outdoors hiking, playing sports like football and soccer and doing things with his dog Max.

We love talking to our high school senior clients about their goals and dreams.  It is amazing to hear the plans they all have for themselves and the paths they are taking to get there.  I wish I had been that together at 17 and 18 years of age!

What are your plans for the future?  College?  Tech school?  Work?  Oh, to be a senior in high school again!  The whole world is ahead of you!  What will you do in it?

Good luck next year Stephen!
