A lot of people get worried about clouds and rain messing up their portrait session. For a photographer's point of view clouds are great. Overcast days offer great soft lighting and we also can use more locations because we aren't having to find places that have shade to photograph in. We have had some really interesting weather lately, rain when the sun was shining, clouds and no rain and a mixture of both. The best thing about the weather is that it is always changing. There were a few sessions we had to wait out the rain but the end results were great.
So don't let the weather get you down! And remember just because it is raining at your house doesn't mean that it is raining here.
